Shipping & delivery
Every order ships with tracking, and all prices are in Australian dollars.

We deliver Australia-wide, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart and Darwin. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer.
Dispatch times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During sales and other busy periods, dispatch can take an extra 3–4 business days. As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking link, and you can also track your order here.
International delivery
We also ship with DHL Express to selected countries, including New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates and much of Europe. Estimated delivery is approx. 4–10 business days to New Zealand and 5–11 business days to the UK, US and Europe. Shipping is A$10, or free on orders of A$50 or more. Enter your address at checkout to confirm we deliver to you.
International orders may attract import duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the shipping cost at checkout.
Pre-order items
If your order includes a pre-order item, the whole order ships once everything has arrived. To receive in-stock items sooner, place them in a separate order.
Good to know
- Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, customs and peak periods.
- Please double-check your address at checkout. Some parcels may need a signature or collection from a post office; please collect promptly.
- If a parcel is returned to us because it wasn't collected or the address was incorrect, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
